ACOUSTIC INSULATION PARTS MADE OF FOAM AND HEAVY LAYERS
We process high-quality PUR and PE foams as well as recycled composite flock foams (rebonded foams) and heavy layers/sound deadening mats into customized acoustic insulation parts. Sometimes, the best solution is a combination of these materials.
Fields of application are insulations and seals, e.g. for the car body or air ducts.
ANTI-SQUEAK & RATTLE MATERIALS
Annoying creaking and rattling noises caused by vibrations from adjacent components can be effectively prevented. For this purpose, we supply the suitable cut parts, shaped parts and strips of different felts and nonwovens with the required thicknesses and grammages. Adhesive coatings on the reverse side and delivery as kiss-cut and die-cut parts ensure fast and safe application during assembly.
