HISTORY

Gottlob Schneider together with his two sons Paul and Rudolf founded Schneiderfilz as a recycling company for used paper machine felts in Ettlingen in 1904.
After World War II, the production of punched parts from felt was started. The certification of the quality management system in the mid-nineties allowed for the generation of numerous new customers, in particular from the automotive industry. In the meantime, the automotive industry represents the largest business area of Schneiderfilz. Today, the medium-sized family business is managed by Walter Hohlbaum, Dr. Bernd Hohlbaum and Daniel Hahn.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

High quality standard unites us – We are proud of the long-standing cooperation with our customers and suppliers. Our quality management system is certified according to IATF 16949:2016. In addition, our plant has CCC approval and an implemented UM system according to ISO 14001. We are aware that only satisfied customers will order again.
